ClipyAi is a creator tool designed to help users identify, prepare, and publish short-form video clips from source content they choose to process.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using ClipyAi, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to process, edit, upload, and publish any source material or generated clips used through the app.

4. Platform Connections

If you connect third-party accounts such as YouTube or TikTok, you authorise the app to perform the actions you explicitly request, such as account connection and creator-selected uploads. The app does not post automatically without direct user action.

5. Subscription & Payments

ClipyAi operates on a subscription model. You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are not provided for partially used billing periods unless required by applicable law.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClipyAi will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app. Access to the app or certain integrations may be suspended or terminated at any time to comply with platform policies.
